More information can be found in the agenda packets and minutes for <br />the referenced Council meetings: <br />o July 10. 17, 24 <br />• Joint meeting with PWET. <br />• Approved preliminary plat for 2560 Fry Street / Danny Boy Estates <br />• Approved Resolution Awarding Contract for the 2023 Drainage <br />Improvement Project. <br />• Approve Resolution Requesting Conveyance of a Tax Forfeit <br />Parcel, Farrington Estates Outlot A, from Ramsey County. <br />• Adopt an Ordinance Approving a Zoning Code Text Amendment <br />to § 1001.10, Definitions, and the Table of Allowed Uses (1007-2) <br />of the Institutional District, and Adopt a Resolution Approving a <br />Conditional Use, all in support of an Environmental Service Center <br />for Ramsey County Property Management and the property located <br />at 1725 Kent Street (PF23-005). <br />• Approve 1415 County Road B West Project Agreement and <br />Pathway Easement Agreement. <br />o July 17 <br />• Working session to discuss the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget. <br />o July 24 — planned items <br />• Approve Facility Management Agreement with McGough Facility <br />Management, LLC. <br />• Adopt resolution prohibiting parking on Dale Street by the Nature <br />Center. <br />• Approve preliminary plat for 711 Shryer Avenue / Villas of <br />Reservoir Woods. <br />• Approve Professional Services Agreement for County Road B and <br />Snelling Avenue (THE 51) Pedestrian Traffic Study 23-11. <br />Sustainability Update: <br />• Staff worked with Ramsey County to organize an electric vehicle "ride and drive" <br />event on July 13 for City and County staff to explore fleet electrification options. <br />Over 70 people attended, representing over 30 local government entities, and <br />approximately 15 vendors and car dealerships participated by exhibiting electric <br />vehicles and commercial landscape equipment. <br />• Staff presented at the July Ramsey County League of Local Governments virtual <br />meeting about our work to date on climate action collaboration, and our <br />recommendations for cities looking to get started. <br />Staff continues to meet regularly with Roseville residents on an individual basis <br />and at Resilient Roseville group meetings to discuss sustainability issues and how <br />the City can respond to them. <br />• Page 2 <br />Page 12 of 76 <br />
