City of Roseville <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1637 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br /> TITLE 10 SECTION 1010.09 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 SECTION 1010.09 <br /> TO ALLOW DISPLAY OF POLITICAL SIGNS <br /> PRIOR ELECTION DAY <br /> THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1: Title 10, Section 1010.09 of the Roseville City Code is <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> 1010.09: OTHER SIGNS <br /> A. No permit or permit fee shall be required for the following types of <br /> temporary signs, however, all other provisions of this Chapter shall apply. <br /> 1. Nameplate Signs <br /> 2. Construction Signs: Construction signs shall be confined to the site <br /> of construction, alteration, or repair and shall be constructed of high- <br /> quality material maintained in good repair. No more than one sign is <br /> permitted on each street frontage the project abuts. The sign shall be <br /> removed within 180 days of the date of the issuance of a building <br /> permit for the work. A conditional use permit is required for a <br /> contractor sign to remain in place longer than allowed by this <br /> subsection. <br /> Construction signs are allowed in zoning districts in accordance with the <br /> following criteria: <br /> ZONING SIZE HEIGHT PLACEMENT/SETBACK <br /> DISTRICT <br /> LDR 7 16 sq. ft. 8 foot 5 feet from property line/zero if attached <br /> LMDR maximum to security fence <br /> All other 32 sq. ft. per 12 foot 5 feet from property line/zero if attached <br /> Districts street frontage maximum to security fence <br /> Underline indicates new language, strilEethfeugh indicates removed language <br />
