Concrete repair and minor utility repairs <br />continue. Milling and paving scheduled throughout September. <br />• Long Lake Lift Station <br />o Awaiting schedule from Pember Companies. <br />• McCarron's Retaining Wall <br />o Plan to rebid late 2023. Utility relocation complete. <br />• 2023 Pathways (Marion St., Lexington Ave. and Cleveland Ave.) <br />o August to mid -September: Marion St. Pathway and Street Construction <br />o September to mid -October: Lexington Ave. Retaining Wall and Pathway <br />o End of September to mid -October: Cleveland Ave. Retaining Wall and <br />Pathway <br />• 2023 Drainage Improvements <br />o Construction is anticipated to begin early September and wrap up mid - <br />October. <br />Other Agency Project Updates: <br />• TH 36 Ramps on Fairview Avenue (MnDOT) <br />o Signal, curb, and trail work are underway. Project should be complete by <br />the State Fair. <br />Old Highway 8 (Ramsey County) <br />o From CR D, north into New Brighton. Roseville impacts will be minimal <br />and occur when the signal at CR D is replaced. <br />o Construction began mid -May and is anticipated through end of October. <br />CSAH 93 / 37"' Avenue (Hennepin County) <br />o Replacement of pedestrian ramps at CR D and Highcrest Road. <br />o Mill and overlay of 371h Ave scheduled September 11-13. <br />Page 8 of 77 <br />
