Attachment 1 <br />Roseville Public Works, Environment <br />and Transportation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Tuesday, September 26, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />1 <br />1. <br />Introduction / Roll Call <br />2 <br />Chair Ficek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and at his <br />3 <br />request, Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer called the roll. <br />4 <br />5 <br />Present: Chair Bryant Ficek; and Members Jarrod Cicha, Daniel Fergus, <br />6 <br />Edwin Hodder, Allison Luongo, Des Mueller, and Sarah Rudolf <br />7 <br />8 <br />Absent: None <br />9 <br />10 <br />Staff Present: Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer; and Sustainability <br />11 <br />Specialist Noelle Bakken, and Parks and Recreation <br />12 <br />Superintendent Jim Taylor <br />13 <br />14 <br />2. <br />Swearing in of New Commissioners <br />15 <br />Chair Ficek performed the swearing in of New Commissioners for Daniel Fergus <br />16 <br />and Sarah Rudolf. <br />17 <br />18 <br />3. <br />Selection of Vice Chair <br />19 <br />Chair Ficek indicated the Commission needed a new Vice Chair and he knew Des <br />20 <br />Mueller was interested in that position, so he nominated Des Mueller. <br />21 <br />22 <br />Motion <br />23 <br />Member Ficek moved (There was no second to the motion) to elect Des Mueller <br />24 <br />to the Vice Chair position of the PWETC. <br />25 <br />26 <br />Ayes:7 <br />27 <br />Nays:0 <br />28 <br />Motion carried. <br />29 <br />30 <br />4. <br />Public Comments <br />31 <br />None. <br />32 <br />Page 1 of 7 <br />Page 3 of 82 <br />
