Construct the project in 2024 <br />D. Construct an 8 foot wide bituminous path along the south side of County Road B from <br />Cleveland to Fulham, then crossing to the north and continuing to the new city park. <br />E. Provide a 6 foot wide grass boulevard to separate the pathway from the roadway for <br />most of the corridor. <br />F. Install a four-way stop the CR B and Fulham intersection. <br />G. Construct a 25 foot wide, bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter <br />H. Provide 3-4 parking bays to accommodate 3-6 vehicles each <br />I. Repair sanitary sewer and watermain infrastructure along the corridor as needed. <br />J. Construct storm sewer improvements to address water quality, meet watershed <br />requirements, and address drainage concerns along the corridor. <br />K.
