with the providers during detail design. Note that no private sanitary service work
will be included in the project scope so any residents who have settled or cracked
sanitary sewer services are encouraged to have their service repaired as needed
prior to construction start.
M. Driveways
As a part of plan preparation, staff will review the size, location and material of all
existing driveways in an effort to bring them into conformance with City Code at the
time of reconstruction. This primarily means that driveways will be a maximum of 26
feet wide within the right-of-way. Staff will work with residents to provide a final
design that minimizes any additional impact to existing driveways and minimizes
stormwater runoff that traverses down the driveways from the roadway.
N. Trees
Impacts to or remove of trees will be evaluated and minimized during detail design.
How we bid and contract any tree removals will be consider new requirement
related to the endangered Northern Long Eared Bat.
O. Permits
Permits may be required for the proposed project, including by not limited to:
• NPDES Erosion & Storm water- Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA)
• Stormwater Permit — Rice Creek Watershed District
• Right-of-way Permit - Ramsey County
During final design for the project, City staff will coordinate verify the need for
permitting and work with respective agencies to ensure all requirements are met.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
A.
