Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Etten, Schroeder, Groff, Strahan, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and <br /> City Attorney Rachel Tierney were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> City Manager Trudgeon requested removal of Item 7B (Consider an Abatement Request <br /> for Unresolved Violations of City Code at 2170 Cohansey Boulevard), from the agenda <br /> due to the code violations being resolved. <br /> Mayor Roe requested removal of Item 10E (Adopt an Ordinance Passing Zoning Code <br /> Text Amendments to §1001.10 and§1011.12 Establishing Micro-Unit Dwellings in Sacred <br /> Communities as Permitted Accessory Uses Subject to Requirements Outlined in Minnesota <br /> State Statutes 327.30) for separate consideration. <br /> Groff moved, Strahan seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Etten, Schroeder, Groff, Strahan, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. <br /> Mr. Roger Hess, Jr., Wagener Place, Roseville, stated it appeared that City is going to be <br /> making a new park and reconstructing one with multiple basketball hoop areas. He thought <br /> it would be nice for there to be a toddler height hoop included in one of the parks. He also <br /> explained that when there is a large snowfall,the City does not seem to be able to plow for <br /> 24 hours and it is hard to get through the streets. He wished the City could find a way to <br /> keep the plows moving through the City to clear the streets. He stated it seems like every <br /> year the levy goes up a lot and it would be nice if the residents could see in the packet when <br /> the budget is being talked about and what the increase has been over the last five or ten <br /> years. He would also like the Council to see if the compensation for employees could be <br /> spread over two to three years. <br /> 5. Recognitions, Donations, and Communications <br /> a. Proclaim National Native American Heritage Month — November 2023 <br />
