Roll Call <br /> Mayor Roe called the meeting to order at approximately 6:31 p.m. Voting and Seating <br /> Order: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe. City Manager Patrick Trudgeon and <br /> City Attorney Rachel Tierney were also present. <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> City Manager Trudgeon requested removal of Item 7B (Consider an Abatement Request <br /> for Unresolved City Code Violations at 167 Wewers Road) and Item 7G (Ordinance <br /> Amendment to Title 8,Water and Sewer Rates and Collection of Charges) from the agenda <br /> because the owner has resolved the violations in item 7B and Staff would like to continue <br /> to work on the language of the ordinance in 7G. <br /> Groff moved, Schroeder seconded, approval of the agenda as amended. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, Groff, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4. Public Comment <br /> Mayor Roe called for public comment by members of the audience on any non-agenda <br /> items. No one came forward to speak. <br /> 5. Public Hearing to Consider Approving the Transfer of a Liquor License for <br /> ZL Eats LLC dba Szechuan Located at 2193 Snelling Avenue N <br /> City Manager Patrick Trudgeon briefly highlighted this item as detailed in the <br /> Request for Council Action and related attachments dated November 6, 2023. <br /> There was no representative from the company at the meeting. <br /> Councilmember Groff asked if the City carried over the 5-day suspension would <br /> the City have any issue with enforcing that. <br />
