Adopt A Resolution Decertifying Tax Increment Financing District No. 23 <br /> (Marion Street/The Brittany Apartments) <br /> Housing & Economic Development Program Manager Jeanne Kelsey provided <br /> a brief summary of this request as detailed in the staff report and attachments <br /> dated November 6, 2023. <br /> President Roe clarified the City needed to have a project within the four-year <br /> window, the City is well ahead of that, and it did not seem to be any indication <br /> that between now and the actual four-year time frame, the City is going to have <br /> a project. <br /> Ms. Kelsey indicated that was correct. <br />
