Contractor will calculate the city's contamination rate annually through a composition study. <br />Material collected from the City will be held aside for one week and run through our MRF <br />separately from other material, and each category that the material is sorted into will be weighed <br />separately, including contamination. During this study, contractor will also take note of common <br />contamination issues to aid future education efforts. <br />Contractor will calculate the city's participation rate annually through a participation study. In <br />this study, data from the on -board computers on the recycling trucks will be pulled for a six week <br />study period and analyzed to calculate the city's set -out rate, or the average number of <br />households that set out material for recycling collection on a given day, and the city's <br />participation rate, which is the number of households that set out recycling at least once within <br />the six -week study period. <br />2.5.2 Multi -Unit Dwellings <br />Contractor shall empty all acceptable materials from inside the containers and a reasonable <br />amount of acceptable, overflow Recyclable materials that may be set adjacent to the containers. <br />The Contractor shall contact the multi -unit building owner that continued overflow Recyclables <br />will necessitate increased service levels (e.g., more containers, more frequent collections, and/or <br />larger containers). After emptying the containers, the Contractor shall return the containers to <br />their appropriate locations. <br />Multi -unit dwellings shall receive service once a week unless a different service frequency is <br />agreed to by the City, the property owner, and the Contractor. The City does not regulate the day <br />of the week multi -unit dwellings shall receive service. Contractor shall inform the City and each <br />dwelling owner or manager the day and approximate time the dwelling is scheduled to receive <br />service. <br />2.5.3 Municipal Facilities <br />Contractor will provide weekly recycling service at no additional charge to: <br />1. City Hall — 2660 Civic Center Drive. <br />2. Roseville Skating Center — 2661 Civic Center Drive. <br />3. Roseville Maintenance Facility — 1140 Woodhill Drive. <br />4. Roseville Fire Station — 2701 Lexington Avenue. <br />5. Cedarholm Community Building — 2395 Hamline Avenue. <br />6. Harriet Alexander Nature Center/Wildlife Rehabilitation Center — 2520 Dale Street. <br />7.
