Description of collection services made available to occupants, including number of <br />multi -unit dwelling recycling stations, number of multi -unit dwelling recycling <br />containers, location of stations, and dates of collection. <br />Description of public education tools and frequency used to inform occupants of <br />availability of services. <br />6. Tonnage estimates for each building. <br />7. Recommendations for future improvements (e.g., specific public education tools). <br />3.4 Annual Performance Review Meeting to Discuss <br />Recommendations for Continuous Improvement <br />Upon receipt of the Contractor's annual report, the City shall schedule a meeting with the <br />Contractor and the City's Public Works Environment and Transportation Committee. <br />The objectives of this meeting will include (but will not be limited to): <br />• Review Contractor's annual report, including trends in recovery rate and participation. <br />• Review efforts the Contractor has made to expand recyclable markets. <br />• Review Contractor's performance based on feedback from residents to the Committee <br />members and/or City staff. <br />• Review Contractor's recommendations for improvement in the City's recycling program, <br />including enhanced public education and other opportunities. <br />• Review staff and Committee recommendations for improving Contractor's service. <br />• Discuss other opportunities for improvement with the remaining years under the current <br />Contract. <br />Discuss actions Contractor is taking to reduce its carbon footprint. <br />Discuss low performing areas and Contractor's outreach efforts. <br />Compliance with City's DEI initiatives. <br />3.5 Publicity, Promotion, and Education <br />The Contractor and the Recycling Coordinator shall work together in the preparation and <br />distribution of educational materials to ensure accurate information and program directions. <br />Recycling Services Contract 2022-2025.doc • A-16 <br />Page 54 of 348 <br />
