Attachment 1 <br />lei <br />Public Works Department <br />Memo <br />To: Public Works Environmental and Transportation Commission Members <br />From: Jennifer Lowry, City Engineer <br />Date: November 21, 2023 <br />Re: Communications Items <br />The following are updates to projects and other activities happening in Roseville since the last <br />commission meeting: <br />Roseville Public Works Project updates: <br />o Long Lake Lift Station <br />• Project has been awarded and is awaiting a schedule from the contractor. <br />o 2023 Pathway Project (Marion Street, Lexington Avenue and Cleveland Avenue) <br />• Substantially complete. <br />0 2023 Drainage Improvement Project <br />• Substantially complete. <br />o Villa Storm Water Improvements <br />• Substantially complete. <br />o Willow Pond Outlet Structure Repair <br />• Construction is underway and work is anticipated to be completed by end of <br />November. <br />Council Update: <br />o Below is a highlight of items recently presented to and/or acted on by the City Council. More <br />information can be found in the agenda packets and minutes for the referenced Council <br />meetings: <br />October 23 <br />• Approved Tamarack Pathway and Wagner Pathway Plans and Authorization for Bids. <br />• Approved Pathway Transfer Agreement with Southwind of Roseville Homeowners <br />Association. <br />• Approved Twin Lakes Trail Phase 2 Plans and Authorization for Bids. <br />• Approved Final Payment for 2023 Pavement Management Project. <br />• Received Feasibility Report and Ordered Public Hearing for County Road B <br />Reconstruction Project. <br />November 6 <br />• Held aPublic Improvement Hearing for County Road B Reconstruction Project. <br />• Approved a resolution ordering the improvement and preparation of plans for the <br />reconstruction of County Road B, between Eustis Street and Cleveland Avenue. <br />Page 9 of 348 <br />
