Staff responded that many events from the surrounding cities are sponsored <br />by community groups instead of being hosted by city staff. That type of setup may encourage <br />more grassroots advertisement and participation atevents. <br /> <br />The Commission and staff discussed the overall length of Rosefest. <br /> <br />Commissioner Arneson asked if the “Live @ the Rog” concert series would be affected by the <br />changes to Rosefest. Staff relayed that there are ongoing conversations regarding potential <br />changes to the concerts that are held during Rosefest.
