<br />-3- <br /> <br />The matter of rezoning a parcel of land near Cleveland & Co. Rd. D, mown as <br />Tract 8, was brought up again before the Council. On Nov. 9, 1955 this re- <br />zoning D1t. took place with a provision to hold a 250 ft. building set-back <br />from the west line of Raymond Ave. On Nov. 15, 1955 it was requested the <br />rezoning be reconsidered. On Nov. 22, 195.5 tJ.e matter for rehearing for the <br />rezoning was table temporarily until the parties involved could get together <br />on the set back. <br />At this meeting the letter from Mr. C. C. Beeth, rjpresenting the Hamline <br />Twin City Real Estate Co., was received. They are requesting not in excess <br />of a 7.5 ft. set back from Raymond Ave. <br />MCGEE MOVED, HAMMERSTEN SECONDED it be referred to the Planning Commission <br />for their meeting on Mar. .5 and the report to the Council on Mar. 6.
