Introduction / Roll Call <br />2 Chair Ficek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and at his <br />3 request, Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer called the roll. <br />4 <br />5 Present: Chair Bryant Ficek; Vice Chair Des Mueller; and Members Jarrod <br />6 Cicha, Daniel Fergus, Edwin Hodder and Allison Luongo <br />7 <br />8 Absent: Member Sarah Rudolf (Excused) <br />9 <br />10 Staff Present: Public Works Director Jesse Freihammer; Assistant Public <br />11 Works Director/City Engineer Jennifer Lowry, and <br />12 Environmental Manager Ryan Johnson <br />13 <br />14 2. Pul�c Comments <br />15 <br />16 3. Approval of October 24, 2023 Meeting Minutes <br />17 Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by PWETC <br />18 commissioners prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions incorporated into the <br />19 draft presented in meeting materials. <br />20 <br />21 Member Luongo indicated at the last meeting she arrived five minutes late. The <br />22 minutes also showed the recess as being half an hour when it was five minutes. <br />23 <br />24 Vice Chair Mueller noted the minutes showed for staff present Civil Engineer <br />25 Stephanie Smith when it was Assistant Public Works Director/City Engineer <br />26 Jennifer Lowry who was present at the meeting. <br />27 <br />28 Motion <br />29 Member Hodder moved, Member Cicha seconded, approval of the October <br />30 24, 2023 meeting minutes as amended. <br />31 <br />32 Ayes:S <br />33 Nays:0 <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />Page 3 of 82 <br />
