N,(y address is 2��+ Ror�n.. ihe apar�,me�nt� are the <br />prope:rty of Mr. Roberts. �lt the time, rezoning was granted �t;o <br />Mr. Roberts, one stipulation Was made� th�re ��rould be no a.ccess <br />to Gaultier Street from these apartments. T71E�re were posts installed <br />with a ch�.in t�ccross this area. At fir�t the chain was removed and <br />vehicles d.rove between the posts. I wrote you and you immedial,ely <br />closed the area. However, the odmer has removE�.d two posts �.lon� <br />side of the original chained of.f axea. I have not writ�;en you <br />before this because it �ras hoped that the area zaould �,et chuck <br />holes large enough to becom� impassible. Now I see some dirt <br />has b�en hauled in to fill the chuck holes. <br />It appears that ��he owner has declared t�iis piec� of land as <br />a clrivewa,y for the apartments. Tiiis is what makes homeowners sa <br />uiaset �•rhen apax�tments are prapased. The developer� nromises the <br />Council to do thiz�s ��d then when he gets i,he OK ztll promises ar�e <br />broken: . <br />I am writing thiu letter represerting only the `�lvin W�_aspir <br />F�ily.
