The Plat as resubmitted contains approximately 14 �cres of <br />�he original Plat. Since the first considexation, this por- <br />tion has been graded and the contour is not lon�er useful. <br />A field inspection was madE and it was found that there <br />appears to be no problem as far as drainage is concerned. <br />The �eneral maintenance of drainage to the East and West <br />from a hi�h point in the center appears to have been kept. <br />2. Dett�.ls of the actual street grades have not been submitted <br />however no problem� are a.nticipated. <br />3. The wes�ern port3.on of the proposed plat flows to the West. <br />Tlae sanitary sewer serving this portion should drain to the <br />W�st toward Dal.e and South Owasso. This cannot be constructed <br />until the necessary right�of'-way is obtained, presumabl,y by <br />dedication when the area to the west is platted.
