If the resolution is retyped sub- <br />stituting '"minutes" for "feet" and "seconds" for "inches" then <br />it will be entirely correct. <br />Apparently the problem arose because the tynist in <br />Roseville di� not have a sign for degree or� her typc�writer. <br />Therefore, she spelled out the word and to be consis`-ent, trans- <br />lated the two signs used far minutes and seconds.
