REVIEWEO/RECOMMENDS: <br />The Planning Cammission at its July 2, meeting recommended approval of Dayton <br />Develapment Corporation's request for preliminary plat "Rosedale Center Third <br />Addition" at 1705 Highway 36 with the cor�dition that Outlot D be removed from <br />�he plat. <br />The Council at its July 21, meeting approved the preliminary plat with the same <br />condition. <br />T'he C�uncil continued the hearing on the final plat from the ALigust 18, meeting <br />because the hard shells had not been received. <br />The h� d shells have now been received and have been reviewed. by the Public Works <br />Director.
