2. The parking in the area where the soil correction
operation will be conducted (southeast corner) can
remain as a grass area, with this parking expansion
occurring when the soil correction is completed. There
is no other option for handling this out an problem.
Mr.
Gregory noted that he had work
ent
with Craig Waldron where the monies for this venting
and burning of soil .(totalling $57,000) will be taken
off the top of money that goes to Mr. Reiling as part
of increment payments when they come in. Thus, the
financing for this soil correction is now assured. The
area will remain grass until such time as the soil
correction is complete..
3. The mechanical units on the west side f th
mate vials las
will be screened with the same b g
the exterior surface.
6. The trash at the southwest corner of the building will
be placed inside as proposed in the regent ordinance
amendments.
7. The canopy on the south side of the building will be
left off until such time as the variance is issued in
as much as it is 25 feet from the street right-of-way.
8. Sign criteria will be developed for the building, and
can be placed within ordinance regulations as proposed
on the sign band under the eaves of the structure. The
roof will be a hip roof as originally proposed, which
should produce a very attractive result.
We suggested that if these items of agreement are put irk writing,
that the building department could issue the building permit if
they find all things in order with respect to the proposed
structure.
3. Fisher (639-4324)
Dave Fisher, Vern Jarson, and Gay Holm, all of NSP, were in to
discuss the mechanical equipment and a 6 foot dish antenna which
