That the developer ~nter into a development agreement with <br />the city. <br /> <br />2. That approval is contingent upon satisfactory completion of <br />the required envlronment assessment worksheet plOC~SS. <br /> <br />3. That flnal engineerlng and landscape details be approved by <br />staff. <br /> <br />4.
