The Roseville Plannlng Commlssion at its September 7, 1988 meeting, unanimously recommended approval of a Comprehensive Plan Amendment' (rom medium density re~ldentlal to hlgh eensi~y residential, low density residentj~l, park, and business and from bUFlness to high density residential and low density residential and a rezoning from R-2 to R-1 and B-4~ and from SC to R-3A, B-~ and R-1. The Plannlng Commisslon also unanimously recom~cndcd approval of a speclal us~ permit for a planned unit development and a preliminary plat with the following conditions: 1. That the developer ~nter into a development agreement with the city. 2. That approval is contingent upon satisfactory completion of the required envlronment assessment worksheet plOC~SS. 3. That flnal engineerlng and landscape details be approved by staff. 4. That the property owner agree not to oppose the possible vacatlon of County Road C-2 adjacent to I~t 6.
