<br />Cushman moved, Johnson secondad, that John T. Jenkins JOHN T. JENKINS
<br />and Alan Deutsch's request for vacat.Lon of the west ALAN DEUTSCH
<br />20 feet and the east 22 feet of unimproved Dellwood
<br />Avenue, lying south of oakcrast, north of willow
<br />Circle and Willow Lane, east of Hamline Avenue, and
<br />west of Fcrnwood Street, be approved with the follow-
<br />ing conditions:

<br />1. That ~r. Jenkins agree to pave his driveway by
<br />November 1, 1989. .
<br />
<br />2. That minor variances be obtained by Mr. Jenkins
<br />for the location of his driveway, and by Mr.
<br />Deutsch for the proposed addition on the east side
<br />of his housa.

<br />Avenue North, be continued to the September 26, 1988
<br />city Council meeting, and requiring the applicant to
<br />provide a detailed plan fo~ the screening of the
<br />refuse containers, and for complying with landscape
<br />requirements. Roll call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson,
<br />Matson, Cushman, and Rog. Nays: None.
