Roll Call <br /> President Dan Roe called to order a meeting of the Roseville Economic Development <br /> Authority (REDA) in and for the City of Roseville at approximately 6:00 p.m. Voting <br /> and Seating Order: Groff(remote), Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, and Roe. <br /> Present: President Dan Roe and Board Members Jason Etten, Wayne Groff, <br /> Robin Schroeder and Julie Strahan. <br /> Others Present: Attorney Gina Fiorini, Executive Director Pat Trudgeon, <br /> Sustainability Specialist Noelle Bakken and Housing & <br /> Economic Development Program Manager Jeanne Kelsey <br /> 2. Pledge of Allegiance <br /> 3. Approve Agenda <br /> Schroeder moved, Strahan seconded, approval of the agenda as presented. <br /> Mr. Trudgeon called roll. Member Groff was not able to hear any of the meeting but <br /> could be seen. <br /> City Attorney Tierney came to the table and explained that Member Groff needs to be <br /> seen and heard as well as the rest of the EDA needs to be seen and heard by Member <br /> Groff in order for Member Groff to be considered present at this meeting. <br /> President Roe indicated until that happens, Member Groff is not present. He asked if <br /> staff wanted to work offline with Member Groff to try to get things resolved and proceed <br /> with the four members present. He noted this is clearly a quorum and once Member <br /> Groff is back with full communication both ways, the meeting can move ahead with <br /> Member Groff present. <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> 4.
