Member Etten nominated President Roe as President, Member Groff as Vice President, and Member Schroeder as Treasurer. Etten moved, Strahan seconded, to appoint President Roe as President, Member Groff as Vice-President, and Member Schroeder as Treasurer of the EDA. The communication problem with Member Groff on his remote access was fixed and he was able to hear and participate. At this point he was noted as present at the meeting. Roll Call Ayes: 5 Nays: 0 Motion carried. b. Recognize Recipients of Annual Roseville Sustainable Steward Award Housing & Economic Development Program Manager Jeanne Kelsey provided a brief summary of this request as detailed in the staff report and attachments dated January 22, 2024. Sustainability Specialist Noelle Bakken explained the Gold Member award goes to Jim and Susan Nelson, she reviewed the sustainable efforts and projects the Nelson's have done in 2023. President Roe presented the Gold Member award to the Nelsons. Ms. Bakken explained the Silver Member award goes to Bruce and Susan Calhoun. She reviewed the sustainable efforts and projects the Calhoun's have done in 2023. President Roe presented the Silver Member award to the Ms. Calhoun. Ms. Bakken explained the Bronze Member award goes to John Mulley,who was unable to be at the meeting. She reviewed the sustainable efforts and projects Mr. Mulley has done in 2023. c. Consider Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Center for Energy and Environment(CEE) Regarding Energy Audit Services Housing & Economic Development Program Manager Jeanne Kelsey provided a brief summary of this request as detailed in the staff report and attachments dated January 22, 2024.
