►J
of your facilities. It tiis meeting is accomplished then Mr. Dahlgrn
can submit his reporfi to the Rosevile Village Council afi their meeiting
af September 8, 1969.

!f you should have any questions on this matter please feel free to
call on us.
Yours tra6y,
Joseph M. Silis
Assistant Village Manager
JMS/ap
cc - George Membrez
Ernest Kluegel
Sherman Goldberg
2, In accordance with this letter Mr. Chandler discussed the required site plan
with the Village Planner and on Friday, September 5, Mr, .iulius Fuith,
Treasurer of Chandler Wilbert Vault Company met wifh Village Represenfatives
fo review the site plan submitted by Mr. Fuith. Following are comments
far your consideration relative to this proposed plan. A reduced copy of
fh plan is attached .
p, As emphasized in the earlier report regarding the change in density,
we feel tht th minor conditional square footage involved is not
a significant item in terms of the density question alone. What is
important is the relationship to the proposed expansion program ard
future expansion programs ta the parking and circulation system.
b. Of significant interest is the capacity for parking under the new
conditions as imposed by the H ighway Departmenfi. Access to the
property has now been restricted on the north and west side with a
new access driveway provided by the Highway Department opposite
Commerce Street at the southwest corner of the site. You will note
this on the development plan. The principal circulation problem is
that of the del ivery of cement and other matrials to the norfih side
of the building and access to the parking area on the east side frorn
the northside driveway. Though the inclustrial zoning district requires
a 20 foot area of grass in the required front yard (in front of the
parking area) it is obvious under the conditions with this structure that
the asphalt ara to the west and to the north will be necessary for he
backing of the semi-trucks to servP the receiving area on the north
