What is <br />important es fihe relationship to the �roposed exp�nsian pragr�arn and <br />future expansion programs to fhe parking and circulation system. <br />b. Of significant interest is the capac�ty for �arking under the new <br />conditions as imposed by the Highway Department. Access to the <br />�roperty hasnowbeen restricted or� the north and west side with a <br />new access driveway provided by the Highway Department opposifie <br />Commerce Street at the southw�st corner of the site. You will note <br />this on the development plar�, The principal circulation problem �s <br />that of i�he de! ivery of cement and other materials to the north side <br />of the building and access to the purking area an the east side from <br />the northside driveway.
