Innsbruck <br />Columbia Heights, MN 55421 <br />Attn: Mr. and Mrs. Brannon <br />Dear Mr. and Mrs. Brannon: <br />The Roseville City Council, at its April 11, 1988 meeting, <br />approved your request for a sign set back variance of fifteen <br />(15) feet at 1315 W. Larpenteur Avenue with the' following <br />conditions: <br />That the sign be limited to eighty (80) square feet in <br />area. <br />That the maximum height of the sign be sixteen (16) <br />feet. <br />That there be no signs on the building. <br />That the sign be constructed per plans submitted to the <br />Planning Commission on april 6, 1988. <br />
