REIN <br />Roseville City Council Minutes <br />November 9, 1987 <br />Cushman moved, Johnson seconded, that Gerald Kauf- <br />hold'-s request for variance at 1130 County Road B <br />be denied, based on the fact that the rezoning and <br />Comprehensive Plan Amendment were denied based on the <br />aforementioned reasons. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, <br />Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and Wiski. Nays: None. <br />B-2 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that Roseville Shoppes <br />Limited Partnership request for Special Use Permit <br />at 1665 West County Road C be approved with the <br />following condition: That four, fifteen minute <br />parking spaces for the day care center be dedicated <br />in close proximity to the facility. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Kehr, Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and Wiski, <br />B-3 Kehr moved, Johnson seconded, that The Gym - Roseville, <br />Inc. request for Special Use Permit at 2434 Prior Avenue North, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, <br />Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and Wiski. Nays: None. <br />B-4 Johnson moved, Matson seconded, that C. G. Rein's <br />request to amend business zones by adding dry clean- <br />ing processing as a permitted use be continued to <br />the November 23, 1987 City Council meeting, and that <br />the City Attorney be instructed to prapare a modified <br />amendment. Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Matson, <br />Cushman, and Wiski. Nays: None. <br />B-5 Matson moved, Kehr seconded, that M. W. Ettinger <br />Transfer Company's request for Special Use Permit at <br />2360 W. County Road C be approved with the following <br />g <br />1. That the special use is in place for a maximum o <br />two years. f <br />2. That a twenty foot green strip be created that <br />includes a screening berm on County Road C, on <br />which trucks cannot park. <br />3. That the required sidewalk be built, or funds <br />escrowed. <br />4. That the drainage and grading plans be approved <br />by staff. <br />5. That the temporary office building be wood sided <br />with a pitched roof. <br />Roll Call, Ayes: Kehr, Johnson, Matson, Cushman, and <br />Wiski. Nays: None. <br />
