0 Minneapolis (Roseville), MN 0 MARKET POSITION RATIONALE: The Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota area is the most populous MSA in the state of Minnesota. With a current population exceeding 2,120,000, it is ranked fifteenth (15) in population among metropolitan areas of the country.
