11 <br />MUVK)lVMLJr4 <br />TO: Roseville bile <br />FMM: Dick Dreher <br />DATE: I)ecembc r 1 , 19f3:1 <br />RE.: Neighborhood Meeting, <br />e <br />Paul Pinlc and I: met with the first group of neighbors on the Roseville <br />project on 'Tuesday evening, November 29, 1983. <br />There were a number of concerns which were raised regarding the development. <br />Generally, however, the neighbors to the east of the project support the <br />H <br />development, while neighbors to the west- would rather see Sam Cave's property <br />developed so that their houses cou.l.d be purchased. <br />The specific concer►;, which were raised ,,ere as fol.aows: <br />1. Will the intersection at County Road B2 be signalized; <br />2.
