The neighbors persent were primarily from the
area to the north of the project,
While most of the residents were favorably impressed with the presentation,
they were obviously concerned about specific aspects which impacted their
particular property.
The specific concerns raised were:
1. The overall traffic and congestion impact in the area;
2. The effect the project will have on property values;
3. How much additional pollution, both noise and automobile emission,
would result from the development;
4. Whether or not a berm could actually be built over the Williams Brothers
Pipeline easement;
5. That a fence should be constructed to isolate the project from the neighbors
to the north;
6. Where the excess snow would be placed in the winter and wtiat kind of impact
the spring melt would have on houses and yards adjacent to the center.
