7 <br />pawl pink and associates, inc. <br />June 7, 1984 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: OFFICE FILES <br />FROM: IAN MACTAVISH <br />RE: PAVILION PLACE <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />COMMISSION NO 810240 <br />SUBJECT: PROJECT COORDINATION MEETING ON JUNE 6, 1984 <br />Present: Howard Dalgren, City Planner <br />Charles Hinchel, City Engineer <br />David Drown, Assistant City Engineer <br />Rom -Morris, Administrative Assistant <br />Dick Dreher, American Redevelopers, Inc. <br />Ian MacTavish, Paul Pink and Associates <br />The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the street improvement and <br />drainage feasibility studies. The following was determined: <br />1. The P.U.D. submittal approved by the City Council on January 9, 1984 <br />indicates a continuous 29'0" road rightway dedication and a 12'0" <br />parking structure set back from road dedication line on the north. <br />2. It was verified that the street improvement study indicates a 50'0" <br />roadway facility centered on the property line. The proposed roadway <br />would be located 25'0" on the dedication. <br />3. Dick Dreher accepted the City's proposal for a 510" sidewalk easement. <br />The sidewalk will be located by Paul Pink and Associates and constructed <br />at the developers expense. <br />4. Curb cuts as located by Paul Pink and Associates and City engineer will <br />be constructed by the City. <br />5. The proposed roadway will temporarily terminate at the westernmost edge <br />of the dedication. This roadway may be extended at a later date pending <br />future development to the west. <br />6. Paul Pink and Associates will study alternate locations for the western <br />access ramp to the raised parking deck.
