The street improvement and drainage feasibility studies will be <br />presented to the City Council at 7:00 p.m. on July 11th, 1984. It <br />was recommended that the developer and architect attend council meeting. <br />Ian requested that David transmit copies of feasability studies to Paul <br />Pink and Associates as soon as completed. <br />8. <br />David Drown suggested that the City phase construction of roadway to better <br />accommodate construction access for the mall building <br />and parking <br />structure. The city intends to begin construction <br />of proposed roadway <br />in the spring of 1985 and complete construction by <br />July 1st, 1985. During <br />roadway construction,temporary project construction <br />access permit1from <br />County Road B2)must be obtained from County. <br />9. <br />Dick Dreher summarized the results of the neighborhood meeting on May 22, <br />1984. Howard and Chuck requested that Dick provide <br />the city with a letter <br />of changes to the P.U.D. submittal requested by the <br />neighbors. <br />10. <br />David requested that the contractor not store earth <br />at the Southeast corner <br />of the site where Bruce Avenue and Fry Street drain <br />unto site. Ian <br />stated that construction limits will be established <br />on plans to allow <br />street drainage during construction.
