The author explained that the building will be heated and cooled by <br />small -to -medium size H.V.A.C. units located on the roof. The neighbors <br />seemed relieved that the mechanical penthouse and cooling tower for <br />the previously planned heat pump system had been abandoned. Parapet <br />height and unit location on the roof should restrict neighbors' si(,ht- <br />lines of the H.V.A.C. units. <br />B. Dick Dreher explained the Developer plans to remove snow from the site <br />during holiday shopping season if necessary to maximize available shopper <br />parking spaces. <br />9. It was explained that no service doors will be located at the north or <br />east building elevation. Only exit doors required by code will be lo- <br />cated at these locations. The exit doors will not be accessible from <br />the outside. • <br />10. The revised project schedule was outlined. <br />11. This author informed the neighbors of the November Planning Commission <br />and City Council meetings that will review the project. <br />12.
