Preliminary dre ,,vi ngs were reviewed and the following was determined: <br />1. Dick Dreher explained reasons for down sizing the above -referenced <br />project. <br />2. Ian MacTavish described the revised two level scheme and explained <br />preliminary drawings. <br />3. Howard Delgren questioned the decision to relocate the escalators <br />outside the central atrium. <br />4. The parking lot parking grades of 4'Z% were found to be excessive. <br />Parking grades should not exceed 3%. <br />5. The 7-3/4% slope of the ramped access road connecting the two parking <br />levels was found to be excessive. Paul Pink and Associates will <br />re study the inter lot access ramp with a maximum 6�, slope. <br />6. Howard suggested that the lower level parking lot (west) be provided <br />with an additional cross drive to shorten, parking rows. <br />7. The major auto entrance and exit at the bend in American Street was not <br />acceptable to Charles Honchell.
