1 DIVISION 0 CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT 00800 - SUPPLEMENTAL CONDITIONS . 4. The insurance does not apply: Y a. to any obligation for which the insured or any carrier as his insurer may be meld liable under Workmen's any Compensation, Unemployment Compensation, or Disability Benefits Law, or any similar law, or b. to bodily injury, sickness, disease or death of any person to or for whom benefits or damages on account thereof are payable under any valid and collectible Voluntary Compensation or Employer's Liability Insurance available to the insured. 5. The defense, settlement, supplementary payments insuring agreements and assistance and cooperation condition of the policy shall not apply to this insurance endorsement insofar as they refer to expense incurred by the insured for medical and surgical relief rendered to others imperative at the time of the accident. 6. The insurance shall include coverage for bodily injury to any employee of the insured arising out of and in the course of his employment by the insured. g. The Contractural Liability Insurance shall specifically insure the Hold Harmless Clause (Sub -paragraph 4.18.1) which is incorporated in this agreement. h. Broad Form Property Damage. 11.1.1.3 COMPREHENSIVE AUTOMOBILE LIABILITY INSURANCE The policy shall cover the Contractcr for claims arising from all owned hired and non -owned vehicles with limits not less than $500,000/$1,000,000 dollars any one occurrence for bodily injury and $500,000 dollars any one occurrence for property damage. The policy shall carry the following extensions of coverage. a. Endorsements covering unintentional errors or omissions, knowledge of occurrence and notice of occurrence. b. Contractual Liability coverage to insure the Hold Harmless Clause (Subparagraph 4.18.1) which is incorporated in this agreement. Alternatively, an endorsement deleting the exclusion of assumed Contractural Liability under the policy forms. 5264 SECTION 00800 - 7 1
