C <br />I <br />1 <br />DIVISION 1 <br />GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />01100 - SPECIAL CONDITIONS <br />1. PRECONSTRUCTION CONFERENCE <br />A. A preconstruction conference will be held after award of contract. <br />Owner/Architect will determine time, date and place of meeting. <br />2. WORK PROGRESS SCHEDULE <br />A. <br />Within ten (10) days after award of contract, each Contractor shall <br />submit, to the Owner/Architect five (5) copies of Work Progress Schedule. <br />B. <br />Each Contractor shall submit Work Progress Schedule for Package Bid using <br />a bar graph to show <br />start and finish dates for work required under each <br />specification section and for major items within <br />each section. <br />3. <br />SUBMITTALS <br />A. <br />Within fourteen (14) days after award of contract, (each) Contractor shall <br />submit to the Architect, for Owner's approval, five (5) copies of Cost <br />Breakdown prepared using work required under each specification section <br />and major items within each section. <br />B. <br />Within fourteen (14) days after award of Contract, (each) Contractor shall <br />submit to the Architect, for approval, five (5) completed copies of each <br />of the following: <br />1. Complete list of all persons, firms, or corporations who are proposed <br />for use as subcontractors or major suppliers. <br />2. Complete list of all items of equipment together with manufacturer's <br />names, catalog numbers, type and/or trade name. <br />C. <br />(Each) Contractor shall submit copies of all required documents. No work <br />shall be commenced until insurance forms, bonds, etc., have been executed <br />and approved. Cost Breakdown, and Subcontractors, Materials and Equipment <br />Lists have been submitted for approval. <br />D. <br />Guarantees required in various sections and on items of work shall be <br />4. <br />furnished in same number of copies as required for shop drawings. <br />COOPERATION <br />OF CONTRACTORS2 SUBCONTRACTORS AND TRADES <br />A. <br />Contractor shall require his subcontractors and trades to cooperate and <br />fully coordinate their work with one another for the purpose of securinga <br />complete and perfect project within the contract period. <br />B. <br />Contractor shall perform neat cutting of walls and floors; leave openings <br />and recesses; build in anchors, boxes, conduit, ducts, rough frames, rough <br />5264 <br />SECTION 01100 - 1 <br />11 <br />
