SITE SECURITY <br />A. Each Contractor to be responsible for his materials, tools, and equipment <br />at all times during construction. <br />Each Contractor to be responsible for, <br />and make good, any loss or damage due to vandalism or robbery during <br />construction. <br />10. DELIVERY AND STORAGE AREAS <br />A. (Each) Contractor shall schedule deliveries and unloadingto prevent <br />congestion, blocking of access to project site, and interference with the <br />work. Arrange deliveries to avoid larger <br />accumulations than can be <br />suitably stored at site. <br />B. Provide for continuity of supply to avoid change of supplier or <br />manufacturer, or change in brand materials during work. <br />C. Store materials in such a manner as to prevent damage to materials or <br />structure and to prevent injury to <br />persons. <br />11. USE AND OCCUPANCY PRIOR TO FINAL ACCEPTANCE BY OWNER <br />A. The Owner shall have the right to take possession of and use any completed <br />or partially completed portions of the work, notwithstanding the time for <br />completing the entire work <br />or any portions thereof may, or may not, have <br />expired. Such taking possession and use shall not be deemed a final <br />acceptance of any work until all the work has been completed in accordance <br />with the Contract Documents. If such <br />prior use increases the cost of, or <br />delays the work, the Contractor will be granted such extra compensation or <br />extension of time, or both, as the Architect and Owner may recommend, <br />subject to the approval of the Owner. <br />5264 <br />SECTION 01100 _ 3 <br />1 <br />
