GENERAL <br />A. Contracator shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and <br />perform all work and services for furnishing, processing, delivery, <br />reproduction and other functions for scheduling and handling of shop <br />drawings, project data and samples as indicated on drawings and or as <br />specified, in accord with provisions of Contract Documents, and completely <br />coordinated with work of all ither trades. <br />B. Although such work is not specifically indicated, furnish and install all <br />supplementary or miscellaneous items, appurtenances and devices incidental <br />to or necessary for completion of work under this section. <br />C. See appropriate sections for sp,cific items for which data and/or samples <br />are required. <br />2. ADDRESS FOR SUBMISSION <br />A. Submit all items to: POPE ASSOCIATES INC. <br />533 St. Clair Ave. <br />St. Paul, MN 55102 <br />3. SUBMITTALS: GENERAL <br />A. Contractor shall be responsible for and make all submissions to Architect. <br />B. Submit an itemized schedule indicating wardoofdContractdates � stncludeoallfshop <br />all <br />items within fourteen (14) days afte a <br />drawings, data, samples and other items requnt4lired to itemi=edescheduleed. Partial <br />is received <br />payment requests will not be processed <br />u <br />and approved. <br />C. Schedule submission of items requiring Architect action, to occur <br />timewise, in first 25 percent of construction period. <br />D. Submit items sufficiently in advance of date required to allow Architect <br />reasonable time for review, and resubmission if necessary. Items <br />submitted without Contractor's review stamp will be returned, without <br />action, for resubmission. Items not submitted in accord with provisions <br />of this section will be returned, foruse bwithout <br />actions <br />resubmission. <br />addenda, <br />Submissions on items not approvedY specificationsor <br />will be returned without action, rejected. <br />4.
