In making request for substitution, or in using an approved substitute <br />item, Supplier/Manufacturer represents: <br />1. He has personally investigated proposed product or methods, and has <br />determined that it is equal or superior in specified, and that it will perform function lfor ewhich sitoishintended. <br />2.
