1 <br />1 <br />DIVISION 1 <br />GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />' <br />01720 - PROJECT RECORD DOCUMENTS <br />r <br />1. <br />GENERAL <br />A. <br />This section covers the furnishing of <br />all labor, materials, tools, <br />equipment, and performing all work and <br />services to provide record <br />documents as specified, in accordance <br />with the provisions of the Contract <br />Documents, and completely coordinated <br />with work of all other trades. <br />2. <br />MAINTENANCE OF DOCUMENTS <br />A. <br />Maintain at job site one copy of: <br />1. Contract Drawings in the form of a <br />set of clean prints to be used to <br />record actual construction. <br />2. Specifications. <br />3. Addenda. <br />4. Reviewed Shop Drawings. <br />r5. <br />Change Orders. <br />r <br />6. Other modifications to Contract. <br />7. Field test records. <br />8. Copies of required guarantees, warrantees and certifications. <br />B. Maintain documents in clean, dry, legible condition. <br />C. Do not use record documents for construction purposes. <br />D. Updated changes on a weekly basis. <br />rE. Make documents available t 1 i a all times for inspection by Architect or <br />Owner. <br />El <br />u <br />3. RECORDING <br />A. Label each document "PROJECT RECORD". <br />B. Keep record documents current. <br />C. Do not permanently conceal any work until required information has been <br />recorded. <br />D.
