No manufactured or <br />artifically produced or mudded -in balls shall be accepted. Balls <br />shall be firm and unbroken, and of large enough size to adequately <br />enclose the plants fibrous root system. <br />3. All trees shall tie neatly pruned after planting in accordance <br />with the best standard practices. <br />P. <br />Anti-0essicant- An emulsion which provides a protective film aver plant <br />surfaces, permeable enough to permit transpiration, delivered in <br />containers of the manufacturer and to be mixed according to his <br />directions.
