After placement and fine grading has been completed, the Contract <br />or <br />prepare area for hyro-mulching. The turf areas shall be brought to a hall <br />smooth, even, well drained surface. All holes, depressions and rivulets <br />shall be filled in to ensure no disruptions of established drainage <br />patterns. Hand raking may be required to insure that proper elevation and <br />even grade is established. All rubble, sticks, bran extraneous material over 1/2" diameter on the surface,1ewhich wior ll and <br />interfere with the hyro-mulching shall be picked up and removed. <br />B. Mulching materials shall <br />be tank mixed with water and evenly distributed <br />by pump sprayer, forming a uniform ground mat. <br />C. No hyro-mulching shall be done earlier than April <br />September 15 unless otherwise directed by the Landsca peoArchitectlaterhan in <br />writing. <br />0.
