Joint Locations: is indicate non -typical locations which are in <br />addition to requir herein. Where joints are noted on a typical <br />partition, provides at same locations at similar walls. Provide <br />typical joints at3ns of: <br />1. At each Jamb rings in masonry walls, in line with masonry <br />openings, frorf opening to structure above. <br />2. At walls or pns which would otherwise be over 20' long without' <br />interruption control joint spacing, opening, column, ccorner <br />generally at nt of wall unless otherwise indicated). <br />3. At juncture c partitions. <br />B. <br />Forming of Interik Partition Control Joints: Form control joints <br />at head joint lo(in blocks by inserting a 1/4" wide removable wood <br />strip and lay bldht to wood strip to form a straight and uniform <br />1/4" joint.
