The location and boundaries of the .927 acre site, • <br />in- <br />cluding its proximity to existing commercial area's <br />north of County Road 'C' and west of 35W. <br />2. Existing and proposed land uses in the vicinity of the <br />site, including the Holiday Inn and the Cricket Inn to <br />the south. <br />3. Existing characteristics of the site, including topography, <br />soils and vegetation. <br />4. Existing zoning of the site. <br />5. The project objective of developing a high -quality, <br />service restaurant compatible with the surrounding area. <br />6. The effect of the Burger King Restaurant on the visual <br />environment, including landscaping. <br />7.
