Reserving a temporary easement for utility purposes in favor of the City of Roseville over, under and across said Raymond Avenue. Said temporary easement to expire upon the recording of a final plat covering said property. 2.) All rights to County Rd. C-2 which lies east of I-35W and west of the east 33 feet of Section 5, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, including the right to construct and maintain snow fences upon adjoining land as acquired per Book 1065 of Deeds, Page 637. Reserving a temporary easement for ingress and egress purposes in favor of the City of Roseville over the south 33 feet of the east 726 feet of the Northeast Quarter and the north 33 feet of the east 726 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5, Town- ship 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota.
