• <br />EASEMENTS AND RIGHTS -OF -WAY TO BE VACATED <br />(Prior to recording <br />plat of CENTRE POINTE) <br />1.) All rights to Raymond Avenue located in the Northeast Quarter of Section <br />5, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, including the right <br />to construct and maintain snow fences upon adjoining land as acquired per <br />Book 1278 of Deeds, Page 261. <br />Reserving a temporary easement for utility purposes in favor <br />of the City of Roseville over, under and across said Raymond <br />Avenue. Said temporary easement to expire upon the recording <br />of a final plat covering said property. <br />2.) All rights to County Rd. C-2 which lies east of I-35W and west of the <br />east 33 feet of Section 5, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br />including the right to construct and maintain snow fences upon adjoining <br />land as acquired per Book 1065 of Deeds, Page 637. <br />Reserving a temporary easement for ingress and egress purposes <br />in favor of the City of Roseville over the south 33 feet of the <br />east 726 feet of the Northeast Quarter and the north 33 feet <br />of the east 726 feet of the Southeast Quarter of Section 5, Town- <br />ship 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, Minnesota. Said temporary ease- <br />ment is to expire upon the filing of a final plat covering said <br />property. <br />3.) All rights to Comet Drive as dedicated in the plat of BRENNER ADDITION <br />NO. 3, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />4.) Easement for public road and highway and for underground utility mains, <br />pipes and appurtenances granted to the City of Roseville per Document No. <br />2212159 described as follows: <br />The West 10 feet of the East 43 feet of the following described <br />parcel: <br />Subject to Cleveldnd Avenue, the South 60 feet of the North 1880 <br />feet of the East 363 feet of the Northeast Quarter of Section <br />5, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County. <br />5.) Utility easement as dedicated in the plat of BRENNER ADDITION NO. 3, accord- <br />ing to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />6.) That part of the easement for underground sewer mains, pipes and appurte- <br />nances granted to the Village of Roseville per Document No. 1582647 de- <br />scribed as follows: <br />The South Twenty feet (S. 20') of the North One Hundred Twenty <br />Feet (N. 120') of the following described real property: <br />
