That the vacations be subject to staff approval of documentation <br />and timing. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion approving/denying Centre Pointe's request for vacation of <br />portions of public streets and easements, and preliminary plat on the <br />east side of 35W between County Roads C and D, with the aforementioned <br />condition if so desired. <br />
