Through traffic on Dale Street and CR B-2 currently operates at <br />satisfactory levels of service. <br />2. Traffic generated by the proposed development will mat have significant <br />impact on traffic operations or safety during the peak periods on Dale <br />Street or CR B-2 through traffic. The level of traffic service and <br />capacity on Dale Street and CR B-2 will remain satisfactory with <br />existing traffic control. <br />3. Traffic exiting the proposed develOPT'ent at the "New Road" intersection <br />turning left during the peak periods from the site to southbound Dale <br />Street will experience minor delay. The project maximum queue is less <br />than two vehicles. There is adequate storage on site for this queue. <br />All other movements into or out of the site at the other intersections <br />will not experience significant delays. <br />4. The proposed intersections and access for the site to Dale Street and <br />CR B-2 are satisfactory. Traffic volumes projected at these <br />intersections will not require modifications to the existing roadway <br />configurations. <br />23 <br />
