While I am aware that there may be benefits to the city in this development proposal, I believe that the residents in the area will not see gains either aesthetically or in property Nalue, not to mention health and safety. I have many concerns: I. The lack of evidence indicating need for 2. Traffic congestion on already very busy for high density housing 3. Safety as a result of added traffic next school and fire station 4. Opening Lovell Avenue cul-de-sac into a 5. The effect it will have on storm sewers, and water pressure 6. That single fa-il d high density housing streets not designed to an elementary through street sanitary sewers foo in violation of ayciwelingStylordiinaceerequiringto e1lt 85 foot8lotst lots I believe it would be most prudent of the city to thoroughly investigate the impact this development would have on the city, as well as the neighborhood,on a short and long term basis. As my elected representative, I would sincerely appreciate your thoughtful consideration in this matter. Respectfully, Yes, as a resident in this area, we,too are concerned about the large development. As it is, the traffic on Rice and Dale Streets in this area have shown an increase that is significant since we moved here some 25 years ago. Our concerns are for all the above, As In to the above, we are getting much exhaust fumes from ithestrafficnow,ndall aroundon us. We don't need any additional pollution.
