To the west of the apartments is another r: church, whose distance from the apartments is great enough to make the impact of the apartments negligible. The three story 'buildings will feature decks, bay windows, underground parking, brick and cedar exterior and an outdoor pool. Other amenities include a whirlpool, sauna, community room, exercise rooms and large, } spacious units. Rents will begin at $600 for one bedroom apartments, $700 for two bedroom apartments and $820 for three bedroom apartment homes. Th_development scenario will allow the addition of new quality housing stock to Roseville which has had a limited amount of new housing in recent years. It allows the City to take title to a building to use as a Community Center, without the existing city residents taking on any additional tax liability. It benefits Concordia Academy which has been a long time resident of the City. It allows the Roseville School District to liquidate assets and appropriate these funds in a manner which they deem more desirable.
